o 5500 devices migrated onto new Enterprise Cisco Admin Cluster
o 1600 devices configured and migrated on the Cisco PCCE “Call Center” Cluster
o Migrated On-Prem users to Calabrio Cloud Call Recording Platform
o RCM Call Center users migrated to Enterprise Standards: including new Calabrio WFM
(Workforce Management), Screen Recording and advanced Quality and Analytics
o Decommissioning old UCM Clusters and Data Centers (final close out tasks – 95%) *

o Total Sites Closed: 12 locations
